No. Rent, deposits and tenancy agreements stay directly between you and the landlord. CampusHomes does not collect or mark up your rent.
What does Verified actually mean?+
A CampusHomes inspector physically visited the property and confirmed location, rooms, amenities, photos, landlord identity and safety before publication.
Can I cancel a reservation?+
Yes. A reservation can be cancelled any time from the reservations area in your account, which also shows its current status.
